The ‘Meeku Telusa?’ (Did you know?) is a series of regular posts on the website that bring attention to several global, national and district-wise best practices adopted by educators and teachers within their schools. Through this series, we hope for educators to gain insights that would enable them to bring innovation to their own practices. It also helps the community to understand the trajectory of development so that efforts to develop can be implemented, enabling equitable growth. We hope to achieve this through periodically scheduled content published on the website.
Ideas for change from fellow educators, and facts piled up in your head can turn into fertile soil for new innovations!
We firmly believe that with a great team on the job, all we need is a good idea to shine! To enable this we regularly host ‘Idea-thons’ (Marathon of ideas) where educators come together with a prime focus on innovation-oriented thinking while brainstorming solutions to a common problem statement through collaborative efforts. The environment will encourage design-based thinking and simulations to create an engaging and experiential space for teachers who participate. The main goal is to have productive discussions that result in collective development through knowledge of shared experiences and drawing inspiration from them.
The efforts of our education heroes never go unrecognised. The ‘Hall of Fame’ helps us feature our ‘Teacher/Mentor of the Month’ to honour remarkable contributions. We understand that without our educators, we would not be capable of achieving our mission and vision. The ‘Hall of Fame’ is our way of acknowledging the debt of gratitude that we owe to them.
